Hello, my name is Landon Aldana from Empowered Connections Coaching. Originally from the USA I've recently moved to Leeuwarden. Having recently moved I've got some extra availability as a life coach (IN ENGLISH) for the time being, but hopefully one day to offer sessions in Dutch. 

What is life coaching you asking? I try and work with people during moments of transition, a move, a career change, a stretch where you feel stuck and just need some structure and motivation to get going again. My focus is on loneliness and friendship. I do my best to help people feel less lonely and make lots of friends in the process. 

**Our session would be 45 minutes long. During the session we'd either meet in person or online whatever works best for you. However we do not have a main office yet so our meeting will need to be in person, or a creative in person solution. Maybe a walk in the park! It will be in English so you'll need to feel confident enough in your English to have a conversation.**

Empowered Connections Coaching would love to offer some free sessions to the community that has been welcoming to our move. If you're interested you can contact me with provided information and i'll do my best to contact you as soon as possible.
